Joe Coll, Vice President Asset Protection at Macy’s and Randy Dunn, Director of Customer Success at Zebra Technologies join Mike to discuss how Macy’s Leverages RFID for asset protection.

 

About Joe Coll
Joe Coll has many years of leadership experience and asset protection expertise.  He is currently Vice President of Asset Protection for Macy’s Inc. where he is responsible for leading asset protection for Macy’s Department Stores and Macy’s Backstage.

Joe also has responsibility for supply chain asset protection and fraud strategy for eCommerce and point of sale across Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Blue Mercury, Macy’s Backstage and Macys.com.

He has been practicing in the asset protection field for over 25 years at Macy’s. Joe graduated from SUNY Farmingdale with a BA in criminal justice.

 

About Randy Dunn
Randy recently joined Zebra Technologies in the role of Director of Customer Success.  Prior to Zebra, Randy spent 23 years at Sensormatic Solutions, 18 of which as RFID Sales Director for North America. Since 2007, Randy has served on the Auburn RFID Lab Advisory Board.

 

About Mike Graen
With 40 years of experience working for Procter & Gamble, Walmart, and CROSSMARK, Mike Graen has seen the retail industry from every conceivable angle. From helping develop what would become Retail Link to investigating and leveraging the potential of shelf-scanning robots and RFID tech in stores, Graen has made a career out of using technology to solve business problems.
