Zach is the Vice President of Sales at Sambazon, the first Certified Organic and Fair Trade Açaí based food and beverage brand. At Sambazon, Zach leads high-performing sales teams for Whole Foods Market, Target, Albertsons/Safeway and mid-west/western accounts across grocery, drug, mass & convenience, as well as Canada, who are passionate about delivering organic and natural products to consumers.
With over 10 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, Zach has developed a keen sense of market trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies that enable him to grow and nurture brands in various channels and categories. At his previous roles across General Mills, Nature’s Way, and Mighty Spark, Zach successfully increased sales, distribution and overall profit by securing and expanding partnerships with key retailers such as Whole Foods, Sprouts, Target, Albertsons/Safeway, Costco and Walmart.
