Neal is an End to End (Plant to Store) Supply Chain Executive and Continuous Improvement Consultant with a proven track record of leading organizations to best-in-class results and building individual capability.

Neal has 35 years Continuous Improvement experience (Consulting and Business Operational roles) while at both Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Procter & Gamble.

He has been certified in Total Quality; High Performance Work Systems, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Integrated Work Systems (IWS) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He uses all of these methodologies to provide the most effective and efficient solution to improve your business results.

He’s led engagements in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, England, Finland, France, Switzerland, Germany, Peru and Italy while facilitating >200 workshop teams in Value Stream Mapping, Problem Solving and Work Process Improvement.

Neal typically takes calls with people interested in help with:

  • Improving supply chain metrics (e.g. On Time, In Full, In-Stock %, Compliance fines, Overs/Shorts, Shipped OT, Inventory accuracy, etc.)
  • Beginning a new or supplementing an existing Continuous Improvement program
  • Building Continuous Improvement capability in their employees
  • Learning how to improve business metrics while building employee skills to utilize skills ongoing
