He has co-founded and scaled two startups in the Clothing Care and Home Fragrance categories. He has led three mid-sized CPG companies to exponential growth.

Matt has led teams as small as two and large 350, supplying retailers including Walmart and all major retail channels.

He has earned what he calls his “second MBA” by working with the leaders of challenger brands such as Poo Pourri, EnviroScent, ScentSicles and Citrus Magic. He has sat in the board room with leaders from Spanx, Method Home Products, Procter & Gamble, Target, and more.
