Description

Kobi Gershoni is a serial entrepreneur and global authority on transforming complex data into actionable intelligence. He currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Arpalus, where he helps brands and retailers harness real-time AI, computer vision, and augmented reality to improve shelf execution, reduce out-of-stocks, and drive profitable growth.

Prior to Arpalus, Kobi co-founded Signals Analytics, where he served as Chief Research Officer. Under his leadership, the company pioneered Decision Science as a Service, building the Signals Playbook™ and Signals Hive™ platforms that transformed unstructured, disconnected data into predictive insights for some of the world’s largest enterprises, including Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, Johnson & Johnson, Bayer, General Motors, and 3M. Backed by investors such as Sequoia Capital, Qumra Capital, and TPY Capital, Signals Analytics was recognized by Gartner as a Cool Vendor and named to the Deloitte Fast 50 list.

Kobi’s expertise was forged in part during his service as a Senior Analyst and Information Officer in an elite intelligence unit of the Israel Defense Forces, where he specialized in open-source intelligence and data-driven decision-making. He holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy as well as a BA in International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Across his career, Kobi has been driven by a single mission: to close the gap between data and action. Whether helping global brands unlock new growth opportunities or equipping retail teams with real-time shelf intelligence, he is passionate about building solutions that deliver measurable impact, faster.
