His work sits at the intersection of innovation, practicality, and structure—helping companies future-proof their operations while staying grounded in executional realities.
Justin began his career at Walmart Stores as a subject matter expert on the company’s pioneering Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) initiative. There, he played a key role in applying emerging technology to large-scale retail processes and enabling adoption among both technology providers and suppliers.
After earning his MBA from NYU Stern with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Strategy, Justin joined the Strategic Operations practice at A.T. Kearney. Over five years, he led client engagements across retail, logistics, insurance, and oil & gas—delivering customer-back strategies that enhanced margins and operational efficiency.
Recognizing the need for hands-on experience to complement his consulting background, Justin transitioned into operating roles in 2018. At Walmart.com, he oversaw planning, analytics, replenishment, and inventory management for over $2 billion in sales. He later served as Head of Supply Chain at Smalls.com, where he managed end-to-end logistics for a high-growth DTC startup.
Today, with over a decade of combined consulting and operator experience, Justin helps businesses identify and execute strategies that are not only innovative but also operationally sound. His recommendations are rooted in deep experience, ensuring every strategy is aligned with the realities of the business—and built to last.
