Description

Dallas Counts is the Chief Operating Officer at Vendormint™, where he leads all aspects of operations, solution delivery, and client success for a fast-growing platform that helps retail suppliers recover revenue, ensure compliance, and improve cash flow.

At the heart of Vendormint’s mission is the belief that every supplier deserves a trusted partner who can help them confidently navigate chargebacks, deductions, and compliance requirements—without wasting time, resources, or margin. Dallas is the architect of that experience.

Since joining Vendormint™, Dallas has been instrumental in building scalable systems that deliver measurable results across 56+ major retailers, including Walmart, Target, and Kroger. He works closely with product, sales, and service teams to ensure that each engagement reflects the needs of real-world supplier operations—from onboarding through recovery and prevention.

Before joining Vendormint™, Dallas held senior leadership roles at Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Flywheel, where he led teams across merchandising, site operations, digital strategy, and retail acceleration. These roles gave him a front-row seat to the challenges and opportunities facing suppliers—from invoice deductions and data complexity to compliance breakdowns and missed revenue.

Now, at Vendormint™, Dallas brings that experience full circle—empowering brands and suppliers to reclaim lost revenue, avoid costly mistakes, and reinvest in growth. His leadership ensures Vendormint™ stays true to its performance-based promise: no fees until value is delivered.
