Born to small business owners, Jon Dowda has spent most of his life very close to the business of retail.
Upon graduating from college, Jon returned to the industry, where he has spent more than 25 years leading teams and initiatives in close collaboration and partnership with dozens of retailers and hundreds of brand teams throughout North, Central, and South America.
Throughout his career, Jon has had a particular passion for “teaching retail,” especially when it comes to helping the industry’s service and solution providers better understand how to improve and communicate their capabilities in order to grow in reach, relevance, impact, and influence.
