Olga Yurovski spent more than 15 years as a marketing practitioner in the CPG industry, serving in brand management, product development, category management, consumer promotions, and shopper marketing roles, while at Procter & Gamble, Lexmark, and Conagra Brands.

Her corporate experience helped her uncover opportunities to make marketers’ jobs more efficient and data-driven by standardizing and automating planning processes and enabling sustainable post-promotional analytics.

Based on her learnings, she launched Shopperations in 2014, a collaborative marketing system that has become an industry standard, helping companies like General Mills, Conagra Brands, 3M, and Tropicana Brands Group spend less time on back-office administrative tasks to focus on strategy, execution, and optimization.


Olga works alongside CPG manufacturers, helping them assess, benchmark, and redesign their marketing processes and tech stack to recover productivity and bring transparency to their marketing operations.
