Before founding Trove, Andy:

• Oversaw Walmart’s global eCommerce strategy
• Served as Walmart’s first and founding Chief Sustainability Officer
• Led operations for Walmart’s multi-billion dollar global food and consumables business
• Led the rebranding of Walmart’s in-house brands and the launch of ground up billion dollar brands
• Was the recipient of Sam M. Walton Entrepreneur Award, Walmart’s highest annual honor
• Was recognized as 40 Under 40 business leader
• Was recognized as Top 40 National Retail Rising Stars by Chain Store Age
• Led a TED-U talk in Long Beach on next industrial revolution told through a can of tomato sauce
• Gave the commencement address for Case Western Reserve Weatherhead School of Management
• Testified on business and sustainability in both the US House and US Senate
• Served on Arkansas 2010 Commission and Walton College MBA Advisory Boards
• Graduated Cum Laude with undergraduate degree in Engineering and MBA with honors, both from Washington University in St. Louis
